New Kahala Apple Store

I was surprised to find a client waiting in line just four people away when I arrived at Kahala Mall at 8:20 to be one of the first people into the new Apple store. When opening time arrived at 10:00, there were at least 1500 people, and probably about 2000 people waiting in the line that stretched to the theatres (from what I could see) at the end of the mall.
A nice Apple T-shirt with the words "Kahala Mall" was given to me as I entered and starting taking pictures. There is no regular cash wrap area, as most transactions are rung up with the wireless handhelds. I hope you enjoy the pictures:

All in all, the store looked really attractive and convenient. It _does_ feel a lot larger than the Ala Moana store (which it is). Now I just need to see what that uber-cool SoHo store in Manhattan is like in person!

Aloha,
-Jeff
